Child's Play

A supervised play opportunity for 2 year old toddlers.

Overview

Child's Play at Central United Methodist Church provides a safe, loving environment for children while their parents have time to run errands, catch up on chores, or simply relax.

Supervised play allows children to begin to relate to peers and become sensitive to the feelings of others.

While the emphasis is on free play, the curriculum also includes stories, music, and crafts. Snack time and lunch provide opportunities to praise God through grace.

Two Mornings A Week

Child's Play meets on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm in our special room with playtime in a large hall.

Snacks and Lunches

Snacks are provided to children. Each child must bring a lunch that he or she can eat with a minimum of adult assistance and a drink.

Program Calendar

The Child's Play program begins in September after the Labor Day Holiday. Its schedule coincides with the local school holidays. The program ends in the middle of May.

Registration and Fees

The cost per month is $110. A non-refundable registration fee of $35 is to be sent in with the registration form which is available from the Church office.
